The story of Accendeo starts in 2013, when founder Joakim Gustavsson aspired to align his personal commitments to equality, integrity and human rights in his work as a transformational management consultant and coach. At that time he had 13 years of experience in empowering employees, teams and leaders inside multiple Fortune 5 and 500 companies as well as not-for-profit organizations.
Today, we see ourselves as part of the movement in creating a world of Honor, Integrity and Equality for all people (consistent with the charter of the UN for the declaration of Human rights). As businesses become more diverse, and the modes of communication and intercultural relationships affect teams, and the overall performance of companies, our work empowers individuals and teams to fulfill on their commitments, organizational objectives, and vision.

Connecting Strategy to Everyday Work Modules
This Program focuses on Employee Engagement by connecting the corporate or team strategy to the everyday work of the front line. After completing an initial assessment module, a combination of 1 to 5 existing training modules can be delivered. These modules target various areas of: Team Work & Communication, Vision & Engagement, Effectively Resolving Breakdowns, Turning Blame Games into Productive Conversations, Appreciation & Acknowledgement.
Creating Partnerships for the Future
Working Powerfully and Elevating Performance While Navigating Change a.k.a. Creating Partnerships for the Future is mainly for service organizations, functions, teams or individuals that are in an influence role and need to elevate their partnership and influence both within and outside of the team or organization itself (e.g. HSE, Legal, CSR, HR). The program is designed for teams where a step change in relationships both within the organization/function and those they serve is needed to deliver on the commitments of the organization/function.

Kim is a transformational business and management consultant with over 40 years of experience in personal and leadership development including organizational transformation.
Kim's works in the domain of ontology (the study of being) and language. His work expands to the five areas of:

He has delivered public seminars and training programs to tens of thousands of people, allowing them to create lives of accomplishment, fulfillment and satisfaction, reflecting their passions and self-expression.
Kim holds both US and Swedish citizenships, has a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine. He has studied seven languages and currently resides in Texas with his husband Charles and their chocolate lab “Latte”.
